Expanding our reach
The vision is to go where people gather—serving church fellowships, corporate events, festivals, schools, sporting events, first responders, and communities in times of need across Central Florida.
The trailer will also support community outreach by bringing meals, practical hospitality, and encouragement to neighborhoods, families, and people facing difficult seasons.

Outreach begins long before a meal is handed over. It looks like cooking, packing, loading vehicles, showing up, listening, praying, and offering practical encouragement with dignity and care.

The strategy pairs mission with stewardship: establish the foundation, grow diversified revenue, expand reach, and reinvest in people and communities.
The parent company, brand identity, business plan, recipes, website direction, menu, pricing, and operating systems are in place.
Grow catering, introduce Bless This Table, release digital recipes, launch signature seasonings, and deepen our community presence.

This verse reminds us that God is able to use every season of life—our joys, our hardships, our successes, and even our failures—to accomplish His purpose. Looking back, I can see that experiences I once questioned were preparing me for opportunities I could not yet imagine. Every step has become part of the story that led to the vision of 3D Gatherings LLC.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about 3D Gatherings LLC and the vision that has been placed on my heart.
My name is Daniel Dement. At 48 years old, I have learned that God often prepares us for tomorrow through experiences we don’t fully understand today.
Following my divorce, my girlfriend, Diya, encouraged me to begin cooking. What started as simply learning something new quickly became something I genuinely loved. I began experimenting with recipes, challenging myself to improve, and writing down every successful dish I created.
Looking back, I don’t think either of us realized that one simple suggestion—to start cooking—would eventually lead to a cookbook, a catering company, a family of brands, and ultimately the vision for 3D Gatherings LLC.
As my interest in cooking grew, so did my desire to know God more deeply. I began attending Men’s Bible Study and spending more time in His Word. The more I studied Scripture, the more I noticed how often people gathered around a table.
Meals were never just about food.
They became places where relationships were strengthened, conversations took place, lives were changed, and faith was shared. That changed the way I viewed cooking.
I started inviting friends into my home—not just for a meal, but to spend time together talking about faith, family, life, and the experiences that shape us. Somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn’t simply cooking meals.
I was creating opportunities for people to gather.
As the recipes continued to grow, so did the vision. What began as notes written on paper evolved into Bless This Table, a cookbook created to help everyday people prepare homemade meals with confidence. As I gained more experience, I added Pro Tips to encourage readers who wanted to grow beyond the basics without losing the simplicity that made the recipes approachable.
Friends began encouraging me to share my cooking through videos, and UnprofessionalChef1031 was born. My church family became both a place to serve and a place where I could receive honest feedback, helping me improve both my recipes and my understanding of hospitality.
When I look back over my life, I see seasons of joy, seasons of uncertainty, and seasons of failure. Through my failures, God was preparing me for what was to come in my life—for which I was not yet ready. Looking back now, I can see His hand at work even when I could not.
Those experiences eventually became the foundation of 3D Gatherings LLC.
Today, every business, every ministry, and every future vision within 3D Gatherings LLC exists for one purpose:
To create opportunities for people to gather through faith, food, and family.
Whether through 3DG Catering, Bless This Table, UnprofessionalChef1031, Faith Forged, or future endeavors such as Shield Fitness, the mission remains the same. Each exists to serve people, strengthen relationships, and glorify God in its own unique way.
One day, I hope our food trailer becomes more than a mobile kitchen. I hope it becomes a way to take hospitality wherever it can have the greatest impact—whether serving a church outreach, a neighborhood event, a corporate gathering, a family celebration, or a community in need.
